        Acceptance criteria

            Article summary

            Before credit cards can be activated as a payment method, a screening will take place on the webshop or website. This involves looking at the presence of the following points:

            • General terms and conditions (including the full company name and Chamber of Commerce number, i.e. the identity of the entrepreneur)
            • Right of withdrawal, included in the general terms and conditions, with a minimum of 14 days and with a return payment within a maximum of 30 days
              *Privacy Policy
            • VAT, Chamber of Commerce number and statutory name stated on the website or webshop
            • Contact page with address

            Before we proceed to activation, we will always check whether your website meets these requirements.

            Attention:

            Acceptance, in addition to the above points, is always subject to approval by our risk department.
