        Under ‘Financial’, you can monitor the Buckaroo payouts and invoices.

        Accounts and statements

        Under ‘Accounts and statements’, you’ll see an overview of the various accounts and balance. This overview contains the following information:

        Click on an account to open the specific account.

        Account: The (internal) account number
        Currency: The currency of the account number
        Entry date: The latest entry date
        Sequence number: The sequence number of the statement
        Book balance: The total Payment
        Available balance: The available balance after the transaction costs have been deducted
        Rolling reserve: The amount reserved for any possible Direct Debit reversals/credit card chargebacks
        Receivable balance: The balance that can be paid out

        Possible actions

        Download: Here you can download reports for a specific account. There’s a selection of different reports (such as CAMT, MT940) available in different formats. You can also specify for which account and what period.

        Show available balance: Here you can find the amount of money that is in your account at any given time.

        Increase the balance: Here you can increase the available balance with several payment methods, such as iDEAL, Bancontact or KBC Payment Button.

        Download (after opening a specific account): Here you can download reports for this account. For a specific period and in different file formats.


        Date: The date of the account statement
        Statement: The sequence number of the account statement
        Currency: The currency of the account number
        Opening balance: The balance at the beginning of the day. This is equal to the closing balance of the previous day.
        Closing balance: The balance at the end of the day
        Available balance: The available balance after the transaction costs have been deducted
        Rolling reserve: The amount reserved for any possible Direct Debit reversals/Creditcard chargebacks
        Receivable balance: The balance that can be paid

        Overview

        Under ‘Overview’, you’ll find the daily transactions with regard to this specific account. This overview contains the following information:

        Balance

        Under ‘Balance’, you’ll find a brief summary of the account. Here you’ll find the available balance , the Rolling Reserve, the (allowed) minimum balance after payment, and the receivable balance.

        Buckaroo invoices

        Under ‘Buckaroo invoices’, you’ll see the overview of the Buckaroo invoices. This overview contains the following information:

        Click on an invoice to open it.

        Number: The invoice number
        Type: The invoice type (invoice or credit note)
        Date: The invoice date
        Due date: The due date of the Invoice
        Currency: The currency of the Invoice
        Total: The total transaction amount during the invoicing period
        Already deducted: The total amount of transaction charges that have already been deducted
        Amount to be paid/received: The total invoice amount to be paid/received

        Overview

        Under ‘Overview’, you’ll find a brief summary of the invoice.

        Customer data

        Under ‘Customer data’, you’ll find an overview of the customer data.

        Details

        Under ‘Details’, you’ll find a breakdown of the invoice. This overview contains the following information:

        Description: The description of the invoice item
        Rate: The price of the invoice item
        Number: The number of times the invoice item is invoiced
        Discount: Any (possible) discount on the invoice item
        Total: The final price of the invoice item
        VAT: The VAT rate of the invoice item

        The invoice consists of two parts. At the foot of the invoice, all costs are added together, including VAT and deductions.

        Payouts

        Under ‘Payouts’, you’ll find the overview of the payouts. This overview contains the following information:

        Click on a payout to open it.

        Date: The date on which the payout was made
        Account name: The name of the account holder
        Account number: The account number into which payment was made
        Code: The transaction type
        Type: The descripion of the transaction type
        Amount: The amount and currency of the payout

        Possible actions

        Download CSV download: Here you can download a CSV of the Buckaroo payout(s).

        Details

        Under ‘Details’, you’ll find all transactions that have been paid out. This overview contains the following information:

        Available: The date on which the amount was available to be paid out
        Entry date: The date on which the transaction was executed
        Statement: The statement number on which the transaction is shown
        Code: Transaction type
        Description: The description of the transaction
        Currency: The currency of the transaction
        Amount: The amount of the transaction

        Overview

        Under ‘Overview’, you’ll find a brief summary of the payout. Here you’ll find information about the number of transactions that have been executed, and about the total amount of the payout.
