Setup Instructions

  1. Install the app
    Go to the Zapier App Directory and search for Buckaroo.
    Click Connect and follow the authentication steps to link your Buckaroo account.
  2. Create your first Zap
    Trigger: Choose an event that will start the Zap, such as New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets.
  • Action: Add the Buckaroo - Create Payment Link action. Configure it as follows:
    • Amount: Specify the payment amount (e.g., € 100,-).
    • Payment methods: Select the payment options for the link (e.g., iDEAL, Bancontact).
    • Order and invoice numbers: Enter unique identifiers to track payments.
    • Description: Add a transaction description (e.g., "Order for client X").
    • Return URL: Provide the page to redirect customers after payment.
    • Push URL: Enter the webhook endpoint to get real-time payment updates.
  1. Test your Zap
  • Test the Zap by adding sample data to your trigger app (e.g., a new row in Google Sheets).
  • Verify that the payment link is created correctly.
  1. Activate and use
  • Turn on your Zap to start automating payment requests.
  • Payment links will now be generated automatically based on your Zap's trigger conditions.
