        Article Summary

        Data requests

        Under ‘Data requests’, you’ll find all requests that have no financial consequences. Such as e-mandates, the creation/suspension/cancelling of invoices and/or subscriptions, and the creation of iDEAL QR codes. This overview contains the following information:

        Date/Time: The date on which the request was created
        Website: The website from which the request was created
        Service: The service that is used
        Action: The action that is performed
        Status: The status of the request

        Click on a request to see its details.
        Here you’ll find an overview of the various parameters. On the left side, you’ll find an overview of the status history of the data request. On the right side, you’ll find the service, the customer data and the output parameters of this request.

        Possible actions
        Bulk push: Here you can send the latest push message again for a selection of data requests.

        Possible filters
        Data request key, Website, Service, Action, Status, Request date, Status date.

        Log

        Here you’ll find an overview of all messages with regard to the data request. You’ll also see the status of the push messages.

        Messages

        Here you’ll find an overview of all messages between the customer and Buckaroo.

        Gateway requests

        Here you’ll find the gateway request that was sent.

        E-mail bounce report

        Here you’ll find an overview of all bounced emails. This overview contains the following information:

        Website: The website from which the email was sent
        Email address: The email address to which the email was sent
        Name: The name of the consumer (if available)
        Invoice: The invoice number linked to the email
        Bounce date: The date on which the email bounced
        Bounce reason: The reason as provided by our mail server

        You can send the email again by clicking the ‘Send again’ button. By clicking the ‘Show transaction’ button, you can open the transaction instantly.

        Possible actions
        Export: Here you can download an overview of all bounced emails.

        Possible filters
        By clicking the ‘Filters’ button, you can filter bounced emails by the date they were sent.

        Credit Management bounce report

        Here you’ll see an overview of all bounced emails and text messages under Credit Management. This overview contains the following information:

        Bounce date: The bounce date
        Invoice number: The invoice number
        Communication method: The method of communication (email or text message)
        Subject: The message subject
        Addressee: The address/phone number to which the message was sent
        Bounce reason: The reason why the message bounced

        Possible actions
        Download CSV: Here you can download an overview to CSV.

        Possible filters
        By clicking the ‘Filters’ button, you can search by bounce date and communication method.

        You can open the invoice by clicking on a request.
