Refund a transaction

https://api.buckaroo.io/v1/sales/transactions/{id}/refund

Refunds a successful transaction through the provider that processed it. Without an amount the full remaining
refundable amount is refunded; with an amount a partial refund is created in the currency of the transaction.
The created refund is returned as a transaction that refers to the refunded transaction through its relatedTransactionId.
