Credit Management with Buckaroo

With Buckaroo's Credit Management, unpaid invoices can be handed over to a debt collection agency. Before this, it is essential that the debtor has been notified of the WIK (Wet op de Incassokosten/Law on Collection Costs) during the dunning process. The debt collection agency will require additional information about the debtor or receivable, which should already be available in the Buckaroo Plaza.

Key Features

• Automated Process: Share debtor information such as name, address, and place of residence automatically with the Buckaroo Plaza when invoices are submitted.
• Deactivate Payment Link: After the invoice is handed over to a debt collection agency, Buckaroo’s payment link will be deactivated to prevent double payments.
• Real-Time Updates: Feedback on the debtor’s payment behavior communicated to the debt collection agency will be processed in the Buckaroo Payment Plaza, keeping the debtor overview up-to-date.
