Buckaroo IBAN Solution Premium
With Buckaroo IBAN Solution Premium, merchants receive a Buckaroo IBAN where their own merchant name appears as the account holder, providing better recognition on customers’ bank statements. This service offers enhanced transparency and trust for customers regarding their financial transactions.
Note
For general details, refer to the Buckaroo IBAN Solution page.
Additional Implications of Premium Version
Credit Transfers and Refunds
- Transfers and refunds will still use the Buckaroo IBAN.
- Consumers will see the merchant name instead of Stichting Derdengelden Buckaroo, providing greater clarity about the transaction.
SEPA Direct Debits
- SEPA Direct Debits will be processed using the Buckaroo IBAN.
- Customers will see the merchant name as the initiating party instead of Stichting Derdengelden Buckaroo.
- The merchant name in the description part of the bank statement is redundant, allowing more space for the transaction description.
- Dutch merchants receive their own creditor ID based on their Chamber of Commerce number.
- The creditor ID and IBAN can be found in Buckaroo Plaza: My Buckaroo > Accounts > Creditor ID.
- Advantage: Direct debit blocks set up by consumers based on the general Buckaroo creditor ID will not affect merchants with their own creditor ID.
Note
The merchant’s own creditor ID does not apply if e-mandates (digital direct debit mandates) are used. In such cases, Buckaroo's creditor ID will still be used.
