What is the Credit Management module?

If you've purchased the Credit Management module, this menu will be displayed.

Credit Management - Buckaroo

It allows you to set up different reminder schemes for various websites.

Setting Up Schemes

  • Overview:On the left, see existing schemes, each linked to a single website. A website can have multiple schemes.
  • Create New Scheme: Click 'Add new scheme' and select the website from the dropdown menu.

Options:

  • Edit, Duplicate, Delete: Modify, copy, or remove schemes as needed.

Possible actions

  • Retry failed direct debits before invoice due date: Execute a SEPA direct debit again if the first attempt failed, but only before the invoice due date.
  • Send payment invitation on invoice date: If the invoice isn't paid by the due date, send a PayPerEmail with a payment link.
  • Send payment invitation if a transaction fails before the due date: Send a payment invitation immediately after a failed transaction before the invoice due date.
  • Accept invoices with a due date in the past: Allows acceptance of expired invoices, not combinable with payment requests.
  • Send an invoice specification attached to each email and letter: Attach a PDF invoice to all payment reminders when using Requests with product lines and/or Subscriptions.

Creating a Reminder Scheme

  1. Select an Action:
    1. Send a reminder
    2. Add administration costs
    3. Send the invoice to a debt collection agency
    4. Introduce a threshold
    5. Stop the subscription (requires Subscription module)
  2. Choose a Communication Channel:
    1. Email
    2. Text message
    3. Letter
  3. Set Templates:
    1. Use the 'Set templates' button to select the appropriate template.
  4. Add Fallback Method:
    1. Use the 'Add fallback method' button for an additional form of communication if the initial attempt fails.
  5. Add Additional Actions:
    1. Use the 'Add action' button to add an action to be performed simultaneously.
  6. Add Additional Steps:
    1. Use the 'Add step' button to add further steps to the reminder scheme.
    2. Specify the number of days after the previous step for the new activity to take place.
