Installation
Install the Buckaroo app from the CCV Shop App store, then connect it to your Buckaroo account.
Install the app
- In your CCV Shop dashboard, go to App store.
- Search for Buckaroo.
- Open the Buckaroo app and install it.
Always open the App store from your own CCV Shop dashboard.
App store links that include a shop name point at that shop rather than yours.
Open the settings panel
- In your CCV Shop dashboard, go to App store.
- Open the Buckaroo app.
- Select EDIT.
The Buckaroo panel opens on Getting started, with General settings, Payment methods settings and Sort payment methods in the left menu.
Connect your Buckaroo account
- Select General settings.
- Fill in Website key and Secret key. Both are required.
- Select Test Connection.
- Select Save.
Your credentials are in Plaza under Settings → API Keys. The website key is unique per Buckaroo store, which is how transactions are attributed. The secret key belongs to your whole Buckaroo account.
Both fields are masked once saved. Use the eye icon at the end of a field to check what is stored.
Keys copied from Plaza sometimes carry a leading or trailing space. If Test Connection fails and the keys look right, that is the first thing to rule out.
Remove the app
Open the Buckaroo app in the App store and select UNINSTALL.
Your Buckaroo account and its transactions are unaffected.
