Accounts and Statements
This section provides an overview of various accounts and their balances.
Information:
- Account: Internal account number
- Currency: Currency of the account
- Entry Date: Latest entry date
- Sequence Number: Statement sequence number
- Book Balance: Total payment
- Available Balance: Balance after transaction costs deduction
- Rolling Reserve: Reserved amount for possible Direct Debit reversals/credit card chargebacks
- Receivable Balance: Balance that can be paid out
Possible actions
- Download: Download reports (e.g., CAMT, MT940) for specific accounts and periods.
- Show Available Balance: View current account balance.
- Increase Balance: Increase available balance via payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, or KBC Payment Button.
- Download (after opening a specific account): Download account reports for specific periods in various formats.
- Date: Date of the account statement
- Statement: Account statement sequence number
- Currency: Currency of the account
- Opening Balance: Balance at the beginning of the day
- Closing Balance: Balance at the end of the day
- Available Balance: Balance after transaction costs deduction
- Rolling Reserve: Reserved amount for possible reversals/chargebacks
- Receivable Balance: Balance that can be paid out
Balance Summary
Under ‘Balance’, you’ll find a summary of the account. This overview contains the following information:
- Available Balance: Current available balance
- Rolling Reserve: Reserved amount
- Minimum Balance: Allowed minimum balance after payment
- Receivable Balance: Balance that can be paid out
Buckaroo invoices
This section provides an overview of Buckaroo invoices.
Invoice overview
- Number: Invoice number
- Type: Invoice type (invoice or credit note)
- Date: Invoice date
- Due Date: Invoice due date
- Currency: Invoice currency
- Total: Total transaction amount during the invoicing period
- Already Deducted: Total amount of transaction charges already deducted
- Amount to be Paid/Received: Total invoice amount to be paid/received

Details
Under ‘Details’, you’ll find a breakdown of the invoice. This overview contains the following information:
- Description: Description of the invoice item
- Rate: Price of the invoice item
- Number: Number of times the item is invoiced
- Discount: Any possible discount on the invoice item
- Total: Final price of the invoice item
- VAT: VAT rate of the invoice item
Invoice Breakdown
All costs are added together at the foot of the invoice, including VAT and deductions.

Payouts
This section provides an overview of payouts.
Payout overview
- Date: Date of the payout
- Account Name: Name of the account holder
- Account Number: The account number into which the payment was made
- Code: Transaction type
- Type: Description of the transaction type
- Amount: Amount and currency of the payout

- Download CSV: Download a CSV of Buckaroo payouts.
