Onboarding

The onboarding component guides you step-by-step through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process:

1. Company Information

   • Navigate to Company.
   • Fill in Entity name, CoC number, Legal form, VAT number.
   • Enable VAT and click Save.
   • Enter Payment terminal details and click Save.
   • Click Continue to proceed.

2. UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) check

   • Go to UBO check.
   • Click + to add a UBO.
   • Select the Document type.
   • Upload front and back sides of the ID.
   • Click Submit, then click Continue.

3. Contact information

   • Navigate to Contact.
   • Fill in Name, surname, email, and phone.
   • Click Finish to complete the process.
