MB Way

MB Way is the leading e-wallet product in Portugal.

In May 2021 there were over 3.5 million MB Way users, with the amount steadily growing each quarter. 50% of Portuguese bank customers have MB Way.

MB WAY is an inter-bank solution that allows customers to pay via smartphone or tablet. Upon checkout, customers provide their phone number on the webshop and receive a notification on their MB WAY mobile app asking to confirm the transaction through Touch ID or by entering a 6 digit PIN.
