Buckaroo Credit Management

Buckaroo Credit Management offers automated follow-up for invoices that haven’t been paid by the due date. One or multiple schemes can be drawn up, deciding the follow-up strategy for different types of invoices.

Scheme Structure

  1. Log in at the Buckaroo Plaza.
  2. Select Configuration.
  3. Select Credit Management.
  4. Select Add new Scheme.
  5. On the right-hand side, select the website key to which the scheme will be attached.
  6. Enter a name for the scheme.
  7. Configure the scheme: The structure of the scheme is described on the credit management configuration page: Settings.

Customizing Your Scheme

  • Follow-up Strategy: Different strategies for new vs. regular customers, and private vs. business clients.
  • Message Type: Choose between payment invitations or reminders.
  • Communication Medium: Send messages via email, text message, or letter.
  • Administrative Costs: Optionally charge administrative costs for payment reminders.
  • Debt Collection: Hand over unpaid invoices to affiliated debt collection agencies if necessary, see Collection agencies.
