Welcome to Buckaroo

Creating an account with Buckaroo is easy and takes just a few clicks. Navigate to Buckaroo and click on the Create account button at the top right of the screen.

You will then be directed to a landing page where you can select the service you want to use with BUCKAROO:

When you click on the service Receive online payments:

You will be redirected to another landing page to create your Buckaroo account.

Fill in the following details:
• First name
• Last name
• Company name or Chamber of Commerce (CoC) number (KvK)
• Email address

Check the box confirming you are authorized to sign and accept our terms and conditions as well as our rates. Then click Create account.

Once you've created your Buckaroo account, you will receive an email with more information on how to install the correct plugin and perform your first test transaction.

In your account, you'll be asked to provide additional information in three steps:

1. Website URL
2. Bank Account
   Enter your bank account number and explain why you want to use a payment terminal for your business.
3. Legal Entity
   Provide your entity name, CoC number, legal form, and VAT number, then click Save.

After completing all three steps and submitting the required details, we will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Once your application has been accepted, your account will be activated. You will receive an email confirming your account has been approved and that you can start processing transactions through Buckaroo.

When you click on the service Purchase payment terminal:

You will be redirected to our POS store where you can purchase a payment terminal in 5 steps.

Step 1: Choose your desired payment terminal.
Step 2: Select the subscription you want for the payment terminal and whether you want to purchase or lease it.
Step 3: When you click on Buy, you will have the option to choose a transaction bundle. Click Continue.
Step 4: Choose your accessories and click Continue.
Step 5: Indicate where you want to use the payment terminal by adding the address (click the plus icon). Then click Finish.

You will be redirected to another landing page to create your Buckaroo account. Check the box confirming you are authorized to sign and accept our terms and conditions as well as our rates. Then click Create account.

When you click on the service Transaction processing own payment terminal:

Step 1: Indicate where you want to use the payment terminal by adding the address/location (click the plus icon). Then click Finish.
Step 2: Fill in the CTAP ID‘s (CCV TID). Click Next.
Step 3: When you click on Buy, you will have the option to choose a transaction bundle. Click Continue.
Step 4: Review your order and click Migrate.

After completing all four steps and submitting the required details, we will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Once your application has been accepted, your account will be activated. You will receive an email confirming your account has been approved and that you can start processing transactions through Buckaroo.

When you click on the service Tap to Pay:

Step 1: Indicate where you want to use the payment terminal by adding the address/location (click the plus icon). Then click Finish.
Step 2: Configure your Tap to Pay and enter the terminal name and your email address to confirm the order.
Step 3: Confirm the order and click the Activate button.

You will be redirected to another landing page to create your Buckaroo account. Check the box confirming you are authorized to sign and accept our terms and conditions as well as our rates. Then click Create account.
