The registration process consists of two parts:

Step-by-Step guide

1. Sign up at Buckaroo:

2. Enter Your Company Details (KvK registration):

  • Company Name
  • Street and house number
  • Postal code
  • City
  • Country of residence
  • Chamber of Commerce number
  • Legal form
  • Sales website

3. Create a Buckaroo Plaza Account:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Password
  • Confirm password
  • Telephone

4. Choose Payment Methods for Checkout:

  • Tick the payment methods you want to offer, make sure you are authorized, agree to the terms, and click "Next".

5. Welcome email:

  • You'll receive a welcome email with login details and instructions. After your first transaction, you'll get a second email requesting additional company details for a KYC check.

Speed up

Do you want to speed up the registration process? Send an email to [email protected] to receive the second email sooner.

6. Provide Additional Company Information:

6.1: Directors Verify the pre-filled director(s) information.

6.2: UBOs (This step is completed if you have already ticked the "Is the director also UBO" box under directors.)

Actions

  • If the director is also the UBO, tick the box for "Is the director also the UBO?" (this will copy all data to the UBO section).
  • Ensure all data is correct, then tick the "Data verified by Merchant" checkbox.
  • Upload a copy of an ID.
  • Click "Save" and check "Step completed".
6.3: Company and Bank Details Fields:
  • VAT number
  • IBAN number (bank account)
  • Account holder name (bank account)
Actions:
  • Upload a bank statement (not older than 3 months).
  • Tick the checkbox: β€œThe above account may be used for the direct debit of the invoice.”
  • Click "Save" and check "Step completed."

7. Ready, set... go!

  • Click on Submit Onboarding to Buckaroo. We will review your application as soon as possible to process your transactions securely.
