Anti-Fraud vs Shield
Migration to Buckaroo Shield Basic
Merchants currently using the Anti-Fraud module will be automatically upgraded to Buckaroo Shield Basic. All existing Anti-Fraud checks, listed data, and email settings will be migrated to Shield rules and lists. No additional configuration is required by the merchant in the Buckaroo Plaza.
Key Differences
There are two notable new features with Buckaroo Shield: email and push notifications.
Email Notifications
New fields in email notifications:
- IsStartRecurring: Indicates whether the transaction is the first transaction of a recurring series.
- IsRecurring: Indicates if the transaction is a recurring transaction.
- SubtenantId: Represents the website key.
For each rule that is triggered, the email will include:
- Name: Name of the rule or list that has been triggered.
- Action: Action that has been performed (e.g., Refuse, Warn).
- Description: Condition of the rule that has been met.
Push Notifications (Webhooks)
The push notification includes the following Shield data to inform of the event:
- Action: Indicates the action taken (e.g., Refuse).
- Check: Displays the name of the rule or list that has been triggered.
- Details: Specifies the condition of the rule or list that was met.
