        Article Summary

        The registration process at Buckaroo consists of two parts:
        ✍️ The registration
        Register your company and create an account at Buckaroo.
        ✅ The check

        Execute a test transaction. Open the link in the e-mail in which you can submit the rest of the company details such as your bank account number, in a secure environment. With this information Buckaroo can perform a quick KYC check before we start processing your payments.

        Welcome aboard! The step-by-step explanation.

        Step 1: Sign up at Buckaroo

        This can be done via the website: www.buckaroo.nl/start

        Step 2: Enter your company details

        Enter your company details as they are registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK).

        • Country of residence
        • Chamber of Commerce number
        • Legal form
        • Sales website (the website where you want to receive payments)

        Step 3: Create a Buckaroo Plaza account

        Enter your desired login details. In the Buckaroo Plaza you will soon be able to view all your transactions, create payment orders and more.

        Step 4: Choose the payment methods for your checkout

        Tick the payment methods you want to offer. Do you have decision-making power and are you aware of the general terms and conditions and transaction costs? Then tick the box: “I am authorized to sign and agree to the General Terms and Conditions and Prices.” Then click Next.

        Step 5: The welcome email

        Now you will receive a Welcome email within minutes. In this e-mail you will find your login name (your e-mail address), a link to your payment environment and a technical explanation of how you can link your website to Buckaroo.
        When you have completed your first transaction via Buckaroo, you will receive a second email with the request to provide additional company details in a secure environment. With this information Buckaroo can perform a KYC check. (A Know Your Customer investigation is necessary to prevent money laundering and other transactional fraud.)
        Do you want to speed up the registration? Send an email to wecare@buckaroo.nl to receive the second e-mail with the request to provide additional company details in a secure environment earlier. Via the link to the secure environment you can provide information such as the authorized persons and your bank account.

        Step 6: Provide additional company information

        6.1. Directors

        Verify the pre-filled director(s).

        • Is the director also the UBO? Tick ​​Yes. (When you tick this box, all data from the UBO will also be copied to the UBOs.)
        • Have you entered all data correctly? Then tick Data verified by Merchant.
        • Upload a copy of an ID.
        • Click on Save and check Step completed.

        6.2. UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners)

        (This step has already been completed if you have ticked the "Is the director also UBO" box under directors).

        • Is the director also the UBO? Tick Yes. (When you tick this box, all data from the UBO will also be copied to the director.)
        • Have you passed on all data correctly? Then tick Data verified by Merchant.
        • Upload a copy of an ID.
        • Click on Save and check Step is done.

        6.3. Company and bank details

        Fields

        • VAT-number
        • IBAN-number (bank account)
        • Account holder name (bank account)


        • Upload a bank statement (not older than 3 months).
        • Tick the checkbox: “The above account may be used for the direct debit of the invoice.”
        • Click on Save and check Step is done.

        Step 7: Ready, go!

        Click on Submit onboarding to Buckaroo. We will review your application as soon as possible so that we can securely process your transactions.
