Checkout order
The order in which payment methods appear at checkout is set in the app, under Sort payment methods. You can use one order everywhere, or a different order per country.
Set the order
- Select Sort payment methods.
- Choose All countries, or search for and select a specific country.
- Drag the methods into the order you want.
- Select Save.
- Check the result in your own checkout.
All countries and per country
All countries is the default order, used wherever you have not set a country-specific order. Setting an order for a specific country overrides it for customers in that country.
Sorting a method does not enable it. A method set to Off, or hidden by its country or order amount settings, will not appear at checkout regardless of where it sits in this list. See Payment methods.
What order to use
Put the methods your customers actually use at the top. For most merchants that means ordering by what is most popular in each market they sell to, which is what the per country ordering is for.
