Order management
Orders are paid through the app, but refunds are handled in Buckaroo Plaza rather than in your CCV Shop dashboard.
Refunds
Refunds are not available from the CCV Shop dashboard. To refund a payment, open the transaction in Plaza and refund it there, in full or in part.
A refund made in Plaza is not written back to CCV Shop. The order in your dashboard still shows as paid, so your shop administration and your Buckaroo administration will disagree until you reconcile them yourself.
Keep your own record of what has been refunded, and adjust the order in CCV Shop to match your bookkeeping.
Finding the right transaction
The transaction description is what connects a CCV Shop order to its Buckaroo transaction. With {order_number} in the description, you can search Plaza by order number and find the payment immediately.

Cancellations
An order whose payment was never completed simply stays unpaid, and there is nothing to cancel on the Buckaroo side. Cancel the order in CCV Shop as you normally would.
